Description:

21. (1) Import and export of aquatic organisms or aquaculture products must be done at approved ports.

(2) A person who fails to comply with subregulation (1) commits an offence and is on conviction liable to a fine not exceeding N$1 000 or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding
three months.
