| Description: 62. (1) If the holder of a motor trade number has, in the opinion of the Minister, contravened a provision of this Chapter in the course of carrying on the business of a motor transport contractor, manufacturer, builder, importer, motor dealer or banking institution referred to in regulation 52(2), as the case may be, the Minister may cancel the motor trade number of that holder. |
