| Summary: If ISO containers can’t be delivered to the consignee within three days after the vessel unloads them, they will be moved to a licensed depot at the cost of the container operator, importer, or vessel owner, and Namport will not be liable for these containers. |

| Description: 80. (1) The delivery of cargo or goods to the State Warehouse or other place appointed by the Customs, shall constitute delivery of such cargo or goods to the consignee, and Namport shall be relieved of all liability in respect of cargo or goods that have been so delivered. (2) ISO containers that cannot be delivered to the consignee for whatever reason will be removed to a container depot licensed by the Customs after a period of three days from the day following the day on which the vessel completed discharging containers. (3) The removal referred to in subregulation (2), shall be undertaken at the expense of the container operator or the importer or the vessel owner, and Namport shall be relieved of all liability in respect of containers so delivered. |
