(1) Subject to subregulations (2) and (3), a registering authority may not issue a licence disc in respect of a - (e) motor vehicle imported into Namibia by an importer who is not required to register as such under these regulations; (f) motor vehicle manufactured, built, modified or imported by a manufacturer, builder or importer which is not registered in terms of regulation 81 or which is registered under the condition referred to in regulation 75(b)(ii); |
