(5) No export processing zone enterprise certificate shall be issued to any person in respect of an enterprise - (d) which shall not make investments in the export processing zone which shall result in the creation of employment or export earnings; (e) which does not or does not have the intention to conduct the business of manufacturing, exporting or importing in the export processing zone concerned; |
