| Description: The exporting entity must be a registered business in Namibia and must register with the Namibian customs authorities. 1.Attach Taxi Invoice from Customs and Excise (NamRA)'. 2.European Union Export permit as health certificate chapter 5C for Swakara Pelts and Swakara Wools obtained from Directorate Verterinary Services/ Local State Verterinary . 3 Exchange control Declaration 4.Namibia Clearing and Forwarding Instruction form from Customs and Excise(NamRA). 5. Attachment of a shipping document from Karakul Board of Namibia. 6.Certificate of origin from Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 7. The process takes about 2 weeks.
