| Description: Anyone who wants to export petroleum products into Namibia must have a wholesale licence, and an export permit (issued by the Ministry of Trade and Industry) under the Import and Export Control Act, 1994 (unless such import is from within the customs union). The Ministry of Trade and Industry will only issue an import/export permit upon approval of such request by the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
