Description: The in-transit of the Ammonium Sulphate to Zambia. The Directorate of Agricultural Production Extension and Engineering Services (DAPEES), Plant Health Division, 1. Permits shall be issued per single consignment 2. Every time when a consignment is being loaded an Agricultural Inspector should be present, to verify the load of the consignment 3. Validity for in-transit permit is 21 days 4. All In-transit Permits shall be sent via Plant Health Office in Walvis Bay to Mr. Luther Muruko, Who will oversee all the logistics
