| Description: Imported prescribed animals to be registered on central database para 29. (1) A veterinary official must ensure that an imported prescribed animal is identified as an imported prescribed animal in accordance with regulation 22 and must provide the manager of the central database with the required information for the registration of the Republic of Namibia 23 Annotated Statutes REGULATIONS Animal Health Act 1 of 2011 Animal Identification Regulations animal on the central database within seven days after the animal is given or required to be given the approved device in terms of that regulation. (2) The manager of the central database must register the imported prescribed animal on the central database within five days of receipt of the information under subregulation (1) |
