| Description: (1) Aperson may not import into Namibia any poultry product specified in the Annexure except under and in accordance with an import permit issued by the Minister or by any person authorised by the Minister in that respect. (2) Despite subparagraph (1) a person may, without an import permit issued by the Minister, import for consumption by himself or herself or his or her immediate family not more than 5 kg of poultry products at any one time. |
