| Description: 17. Levy funds shall be utilised - (a) in payment of subsidies or bounties on the export of livestock, and generally for the purpose of fostering the meat industry in the Territory; 18. The Board may - (b) pay out of levy funds to any person who exports beef or mutton, or slaughter cattle or slaughter sheep from the Territory, subject to the approval of the Administrator, such bounty or premium (which may vary according to the grade of the article exported or from which may be excluded meat or animals below a specified grade) as the Board may determine; |
