The council may issue a licence, on application by a person who may sell a medicine or a scheduled substance under this Act, authorising that person to import or export that medicine or scheduled substance subject to such conditions as the Council may determine. A permit referred to in subsection (23)(c) is valid for such period, not exceeding 12 months from the date of issue, as the Council may determine.

Submission of port orders Import

Application for a wholesale License Import
Wholesale License An applicant must complete the prescribed form PP/3 which is available on www.mme.gov.na or can alternatively be obtained from the Ministry of Mines and Energy, 6 Aviation Road, Sixth Floor. The Licence is valid as long as the holder comply with the rules and regulations.
